Sip of the Soul: Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath
Join us for an evening devoted to reconnecting with your true self — your inner knowing, your body’s wisdom, and the quiet voice of your soul.
This intimate gathering weaves together guided breathwork, intuitive movement, ceremonial tea, and an immersive sound bath to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep self-remembrance.
The evening includes:
-Guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and soften stored tension
-Intuitive movement to release what no longer serves and return to embodied presence
-A tea ceremony featuring blue lotus and butterfly pea flower- two botanicals traditionally associated with relaxation, intuition, and clarity.
-A sound bath using crystal bowls to guide you into deep rest, integration, and soul connection
This evening is an invitation to slow down enough to hear yourself again. To remember who you are beneath expectation, noise, and performance. To reconnect with the truest version of you.
This is more than an experience, it is a remembering.

Her Nature Remembered Retreat
Flow & Fern Collective is excited to announce our first collaboration retreat with Exploring Within.
Her Nature Remembered is a 6-day, 5-night retreat with daily mindful movement, nature immersion, creative expression, and rest - unfolding through the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Set within the only accessible cloud forest in the United States, this retreat is held in a private luxury jungle sanctuary where the body naturally slows and presence returns. For women who feel the call to reconnect with their inner wisdom, peace, and creativity.
Each day is devoted to exploring an element and its unique rhythm. Mornings open with a guided Exploring Within music-led movement journey— held in nature, inviting free and embodied expression. Days unfold across Hawaiʻi’s diverse landscapes—from cloud forest and caves to ocean and waterfalls—allowing the mind and body to restore and return to their natural rhythm.
Divine Decoration- Cake Workshop
Join us for a playful and fairy-like morning of connection and creation. Inspired by the classic "wine and paint" night, we will be learning basic decorating techniques lead by our co-hostess Caylin, owner of Kona Fairy Cakes, and each decorating our own mini cakes. No experience needed, just a willingness to have fun.
Each ticket covers decoration supplies, complimentary champagne and farm fresh OJ, and a 4 inch mini cake, optional upgrade to a 6 inch cake to take home to share!

Heart & Soul: A Holistic Art Workshop with Danielle Burnside
This heart-led art workshop is an experience that blends creative expression with soulful reflection—no artistic “skill” required, only a willingness to feel and explore.
Guided by local artist Danielle Burnside, she will lead participants through the creation of soul paintings—art that emerges from feeling rather than form. She will share both the spiritual and scientific foundations behind intuitive art-making, exploring how creativity, energy, emotion, and the nervous system intertwine.
