Retreats

  • Sacred journeys into the wild and into yourself.

    Our retreats are immersive, multi-day experiences designed to help women soften, expand, and awaken their feminine archetypes. Held in places where the earth feels ancient — oceansides, forests, mountains — each retreat blends:

    • Rituals aligned with natural cycles

    • Somatic and embodiment practices

    • Meditation, breathwork, and intuitive movement

    • Deep conversations and sisterhood circles

    • Moments of solitude, spaciousness, and self-return

    A retreat with Flow + Fern is more than a getaway — it is a pilgrimage back to your own knowing. Women leave feeling rooted, nourished, and changed in the quietest, most meaningful ways.

  • Women are required to do so much.

    Come fall into “the Art of Doing Nothing” and give yourself permission to just be, and surround yourself in an uplifting energy with intentional rest & grounding activities.

Workshops & Day Events

  • We host a variety of immersive day events and workshops on Hawai’i (big) island and online. Our offerings range from hands-on, artistic experiences like wood working and soul-painting, to restorative practices such as sound baths, tea ceremonies, and guided breathwork, all designed to inspire creativity, connection, and self-discovery.

    Each Flow and Fern event creates a welcoming, feminine-centered space, blending playful expression with deeper, soul-centered moments to allow women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful connections.
