Flow and Fern is a thoughtful and intentional community rooted in the celebration of femininity and the power of connection.

Guided by the belief that empowered women empower women, we create a nurturing space where womxn can explore, express, and embrace the full spectrum of their identities.

Through shared knowledge, mindfulness, and opportunities for deep connection, we offer tools and experiences designed to inspire self-awareness, sisterhood, and growth. Flow and Fern is a place to feel seen, supported, and celebrated—together, we grow and bloom.

    A sacred exhale into nature. Our retreats are immersive journeys woven through feminine archetypes, ritual, movement, and real sisterhood. Held in wild and ancient places, each retreat invites you to soften, remember, and return home to the truest version of yourself.

    A single day to drop in deeply. These workshops offer curated practices, from somatics to sensuality work to guided ritual, designed to reconnect you with your body, intuition, and feminine expression. Think of it as a gentle reset, a spacious pause in the middle of life.
